NPHI Welcomes Hospice of the Foothills

The National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation (NPHI), the national voice for not-for-profit hospice providers, welcomes Hospice of the Foothills (HOF) as one of its newest members. Founded in 1979, HOF began as an all-volunteer operation, providing services to communities in Nevada and Placer counties. The organization has since
