National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation (NPHI) Welcomes Tasha Walsh to Enhance Education and Leadership Initiatives

WASHINGTON, September 26, 2023 – The National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation (NPHI), the national voice for not-for-profit advanced illness, hospice, and palliative care providers, extends a warm welcome to Tasha Walsh who will serve as a “Loaned Executive” to NPHI, effective immediately.

Tasha will serve NPHI concurrently with her role as CEO of ConnectionsPlus Healthcare + Hospice. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge, prior experiences, and a deep passion for education and hospice, all of which will play a vital role in supporting NPHI’s Center for Education expansion initiative. Tasha’s contributions extend beyond her role as CEO. She is a respected member of the faculty at the Healthcare Coaching Institute and has previously earned recognition for her award-winning leadership development coaching practice. She additionally possesses extensive expertise in positive psychology, organizational and professional development, and behavioral healthcare.

Loaned Executives at NPHI actively contribute to refining and expanding NPHI programs and initiatives, aligning them with the core mission of not-for-profit hospice care and adapting to the ever-evolving end-of-life care landscape. In this role, Tasha will draw from her prior experience as a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) to help NPHI members develop educational and professional development opportunities, creating a vibrant and thriving workforce and reducing staff turnover.
