NPHI Welcomes EverHeart Hospice

The National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation (NPHI), the national voice for not-for-profit hospice providers, welcomes EverHeart Hospice as one of its newest members.

EverHeart Hospice offers exceptional care that starts with their dedicated care team. Their sincere, caring, and compassionate team sees the care they provide to their patients and families as a calling and purpose. The end-of-life journey is a milestone in life, and they strive to make this journey a memorable experience for each patient and their loved ones.

“We are excited to welcome an organization with over 40 years of experience providing personalized end-of-life care for their patients and families,” said Carole Fisher, NPHI President. “We are pleased to welcome EverHeart Hospice as a member of NPHI!”

The EverHeart Hospice serves more than 15 counties in East Central Indiana and West Central Ohio. As one of the first rural hospices in the country, EverHeart Hospice is an established, trusted leader in the hospice field. They have honored life with trusted care for over 40 years, delivering exceptional and individualized end-of-life experiences for patients and families since 1981.

“EverHeart Hospice welcomes the opportunity to work with other respected mission-driven organizations apart of NPHI,” said Kristin Strawser, Chief Executive Officer of EverHeart Hospice. “We look forward to exchanging ideas, sharing best practices, and building more advanced models of care for hospice patients and families.”

NPHI looks forward to working with Everheart Hospice and continuing to advocate for high-quality, community-based, not-for-profit hospice, palliative, and advanced illness care for patients nationwide.
